Overview

St Ives is a family resort, where many holidaymakers come back year after year. It is a delightful town with plenty of Cornish character and clotted cream!

UBM has been running missions in St Ives since 1974 and in 2009 we were invited to operate at Carbis Bay, the next bay along the coast. So for six weeks of the summer we have teams in St Ives and for three of those weeks we also have teams in Carbis Bay. They are separate teams with their own accommodation but on quite a few evenings the two teams work together at the open air opportunity at St Ives harbour.

Carbis Bay is a sheltered spot where families come back each day to spend the day in the sun! Its profile was raised in June 2021 when the 47th G7 summit was held here!
