Policies

As UBM team members are from different backgrounds and traditions, the working out of our principles could vary. This would inevitably lead to chaos and inconsistency from team to team. We therefore need a common way of handling these principles out so as not to offend one another while still maintaining liberty of conscience for individuals. 

Our policies are common ways of working that allow brothers and sisters in Christ to work together, neither causing offence to one nor compromising another.  

For the sake of each other, teams abide by both the principles and the policies.

 Some of our policies are legally required documents.
