Overview

Speaker’s Corner is a haven of free speech and many people from all sorts of backgrounds and countries take the opportunity to make their views known and to listen to ideas forbidden in their own culture. Often lively and always stimulating, this is a tremendous opportunity to share the gospel with folks from many countries, some of which forbid access to Christian workers. This is where UBM Christian Answer teams started back in 1971. There are opportunities to preach the Gospel, give your testimony and engage in 1-1 personal evangelism. In a typical weekend, meaningful conversations are held with hundreds of individuals and often from more than 50 different countries. An ability to speak foreign languages or knowledge of other religions will be a help, but all that is really needed is a heart to share the gospel with those who listen.
