Overview
Looe is a small Cornish fishing port sitting at the mouth of the West Looe and East Looe rivers. With its bustling fish market and safe sandy beach, Looe is a popular tourist attraction, which means plenty of holiday makers both during the day and evening. In addition lots of people come from places like Plymouth and spend a day at Looe.
The locals (including shopkeepers) are very friendly towards us and we meet and chat to many of them on βthe prom.β
A calendar page for our weeks in Looe can be viewed here.
Accommodation
The HQ is in the village called Morval a couple of miles outside Looe. Morval is on the A387 (the main road into Looe). It consists of a piece of land with a big farm barn, a house and our accommodation (several rooms, kitchen, toilets and a shower room).
